TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Arrival and departure times:
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 12pm the day of departure. Late departures will be invoiced by the hour at the rate of 15€ / hour until 3pm after which an extra night will be added. In case of late departure we can look after you are luggage. The reception being closed between 9 pm and 7 am, it is recommended to inform us in the case of a late arrival.
Animals:
Domestic animals are accepted. Price per day is 5€ / day
Conditions of cancellation – Postponed stay:
- Cancellation more than 3 days in advance : the amount of 30% of the reservation will be kept as a deposit payment
- Cancellation less than 3 days before : the amount of one night will be kept for a stay inferior to 3 nights and of 2 nights if the stay is longer than 3 nights
- In the case of a departure before the end of the stay the amount of one night will be kept in compensation
- A stay can be postponed with a set fee of 15€
- It is possible to cancel a reservation according to the following conditions: within 48 hours of receipt of booking confirmation if the reservations is over 2 weeks away, within 24 hours if the reservations is over 4 days away, and by immediate return of the confirmation if the reservation is for in less than 3 days away. Cancellation must be done either by mail, e-mail or fax. Annulation à plus de 3 jours : un montant de 30% de la réservation valorisée ci-dessus sera retenue à titre d’arrhes.
